The S.F.B. Morse Botanical Reserve is part of 700 acres of magnificent land cared for by the Del Monte Forest Conservancy. Its miles of peaceful hiking trails offer a way of communing daily with the natural world and appreciating the myriad wonders that make the Monterey Peninsula so ecologically rich and special. Living here in the Upper Forest area of Pebble Beach, all this is right outside your door. Follow rock paths that wind through abundant plant life, leading to the entry of this single-level home. From there, enter the heart of the residence: a living room where a brick fireplace rises from lustrous wood floors to a pitched light wood ceiling, offset by built-in bookcases and storage cabinets on both sides. Host loved ones for movie or game nights. As everyone laughs around a flickering fire while wine flows, gaze through a wall of windows and glass doors onto a wraparound deck that connects the living room with the primary bedroom. The changing light at sunset bathes the surrounding pine trees in an amber glow before giving way to a night that makes the forest feel somehow even more alive than during the day. Experience the privacy of Pebble Beach in a home with an updated kitchen and thoughtful details that beguile the senses, inviting you to make this forest your own.
